Account Director - Creative Advertising Agency - BTL Focused

Due to their Account Director leaving after 7 years, to return to the UK, our client, a medium-sized Creative Advertising Agency is looking for a SAM/ JAD who is ready to take the next step in their career.  This is an extremely pivotal role within the business that will commence towards the end of July / beginning of August.

The right person for this role is currently either a JAD looking for the next step, or a very 'Go-Ahead' SAM wanting to step into JAD / AD role. You will have also had alcohol/grocery, in-store and on/off premise experience. You will be a highly-regarded member of the team and will work with a full-service, in-house design studio, run by a team of very talented creatives dedicated to good work, who pride themselves on pushing the boundaries whilst remaining focused on the brand.

This team thrive on challenges and are obsessively thinking of new ways to make the client happy. You will be working with some top brands including global Alcohol, FMCG and Grocery Brands - so your experience in these areas is highly regarded. Report directly to the GAD (regarded as a great mentor) you will be required to work effectively with creatives and be responsible for all aspects of project management and client relationships.

As an 'ideas person', working efficiently alongside the Studio Manager, you will have a high level of quality control, write effective briefs and be an 'innovative thinker' whose ideas will be highly respected. Not to mention also a great mentor for the team.
